Dr. Emelia Karkazis is the second eldest child of Dr. Karkazis. She has grown up watching her father care for his patients, which ignited her passion for dentistry. She is our Board Certified Orthodontist!
Dr. Emelia attended Marquette University as a seven-year pre-dental scholar graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2018 with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Emelia then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2021 with her D.D.S.
Dr. Emelia graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry Orthodontics Residency Program in 2024 with her M.S. in Oral Sciences along with her Advanced Certificate in Orthodontics. Dr. Emelia is a Board Certified Orthodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Only 60% of orthodontists in the nation are board certified. Dr. Emelia went through extensive and rigorous training, studying and certification to achieve this high distinction. She believes in the best quality of care and highest level of certification for her patients.
Dr. Emelia is looking forward to serving her father's patients along with her brother!
